Office Of The District Magistrate South –West , Govt. of NCT of Delhi, announces an “Open Short Film Contest” on the theme of “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” from 5TH January 2019 to 5th February 2019. Anybody from experience filmmakers to amateurs can show their creative side and compete.
